Our organization has established a network of individuals to implement its mission and vision.

Sam has been a Realtor for over 15 years and has dedicated her career to focusing on homes in the City of Tonawanda. Her experiences have led her to work in the broad range from foreclosures to high end expensive homes. She was raised in the City of Tonawanda and has chosen to raise her daughter here, as well. Sam is a city resident and property owner with one residential, two commercial and three investment properties.

Mary Ann is a community activist and mortgage  banking professional.  She is actively involved in many organizations throughout the City of Tonawanda, including the PTSA and Visual Arts Board.  She has extensive experience in both people and project management and is passionate about the growth of the City.     Mary Ann also holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and Spanish from Canisius College. 

Marty grew up in the City of Buffalo and is currently a resident of the City of Tonawanda. He is married to his wife Patty and the father to three children, Joshua, Lauren, and Sarah. Marty retired from the City of Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) in 2018. His past employment includes: Executive Director of the Northwest Buffalo Community Center Inc.; Confidential Aide to Mayor James D Griffin; Land Use Controls Coordinator, BURA, primarily working with the City of Buffalo Planning, Zoning and Preservation Boards. Marty was also responsible for conducting the New York State (SEQRA) and the Federal Government (NEPA) environmental reviews for BURA. HIs volunteer service includes serving as Board President of the Northwest Buffalo Community Center Inc.(1995 - 2019); Audubon Nature Center Jamestown NY; and as a former President of the Niagara County Community College Alumni Association.
